Timeline

  1. 15:00

    Mārtiņa Beķereja

  2. 15:45

    Riga Cathedral

Walk to the Cathedral grounds. You have plenty of time to wander the exterior before the sun dips. The organ is under restoration, so enjoy the spartan interior and the view from the steps.

  3. 16:15

    Riga Cathedral

Watch the sunset. The sun sets toward the SW, casting a final glow on the cathedral’s towers. This is the key moment of the afternoon.

  4. 17:00

    Rozengrāls

End the evening in a real medieval basement. The atmosphere is authentic and the food is hearty. It is open late, so you can linger over dinner or drinks.
