Grab a coffee and a fresh bread roll at Di Gadri. The terrace under the huge mahogany tree is the perfect spot to watch the light change. Note that fresh rolls are only available from 08:00, but they stay open until 22:00 on weekdays.
18:19
Walk to the Central Market. The stalls are winding down for the day, but the atmosphere remains buzzing. Keep your camera away; many vendors, especially the Maroon people, strongly object to having their pictures taken.
18:44
Head to JiJi's for the moment. This upscale spot offers a nice view over the river, positioning you perfectly to see the sun set toward the WSW as described in the golden light facts.
19:14
End the evening at Club Touche. It is open every day, making it a reliable spot to stay if the night feels right.
Local tip
The Central Market closes at 17:00, so you will be visiting just before it shuts. Di Gadri is open until 22:00 on weekdays, so timing your coffee there before the sunset view is easy.
