Walk from Rhodes House to South Park. Find the highest point of the park and position yourself facing west. The sun is setting toward the WNW, casting long shadows and golden light across the historic spires of Oxford University.

After the light fades, head to The King's Arms for a final drink. It is a popular student pub with an excellent location and a wide selection of beers to end the evening.
Local tip
The walk from Rhodes House to South Park takes about 31 minutes. Check the route if you are unfamiliar with the area. The Lamb and Flag is open from 12:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and until 22:30 on Sundays.
