    Kuluma

    Grab a cocktail at Kuluma. The fire-breathing displays add a bit of spark before the light fades.

    Paska Kaupunni graffiti

    Walk nine minutes east to see the iconic "Paska Kaupunni" graffiti. It is a well-known local landmark that defines the city's irreverent spirit.

    Oulu Water park

    Head north to the Oulu Water park area. Stand by the river delta where the sun sets toward the WSW. The water park obstacle course floats in the delta right next to the castle ruins.

    Oulu Water park

    Stay nearby for a cold beer or coffee at the cafe next to the castle ruins to let the evening settle.

Local tip

The sun sets toward the WSW on 15 October. Position yourself facing west-southwest from the water park area for the best view.
