Walk the 20-minute path from the cathedral end of town to Hradisko Monastery. Arrive just as the golden light begins at 15:25. The monastery building, now a hospital, is open to the public on guided tours. This is the best vantage point to watch the sun set toward the WSW from the riverbank.

Stay for the sunset at 16:18. The location is pleasant and quiet, offering a clear view of the sky changing colors over the water.

Head back toward town for dinner. Café Dolce Vita is open until 19:00 on weekdays or 19:00 on Saturdays, making it a reliable spot for an early evening meal or coffee as the light fades. It is a 16-minute walk from the monastery.

Finish the evening with a drink at Vyhoukaná sova. This pub and rum bar is open from 15:00 to 24:00, so it will be lively and open after your meal. It is also a short 16-minute walk from Hradisko.
