    Tsukuriyama Ancient Burial Mound

    Walk the trail to the Okayama side of the mound. The 5th-century tomb is the most significant, and you have time to absorb the scale before the light shifts.

    Stand back from the mound to frame the silhouette against the sky. The sun sets toward the WSW, casting long shadows across the ancient earthworks.

    撫川公園

    Head to Nagawa Park to watch the light fade over the wider landscape. The park is situated to the SE of the anchor, offering a different perspective as the day ends.

Buses depart from Soja Station to reach Senzoku Bus Stop near the site. Check the route and return times in advance.
