Pura Batu Medahu and Pura Batu Kuning
Drive south from Suana along the coast road toward Semaya. After about 1.5 km, you will reach Pura Batu Madan first, followed closely by Pura Batu Kuning. Park and walk between these two stunningly located temples to find your spot. The west-south-west view is perfect for catching the final minutes before the sun disappears.

As darkness falls, begin the short drive back toward the main area. The temples are now best appreciated in the quiet of the night, but the main event is over.
Local tip
Check the route if you are unfamiliar with the east coast road. The drive from the temples back to Suana is short, but roads can be dark and narrow after sunset.
Check before you go
- Sunset is at 18:44 local time. Arrive at least 90 minutes early to secure a good spot.
- No food or drink shops are listed in the immediate vicinity of the temples. Plan to eat dinner in Suana or Semaya after you leave the temples.
