Topjeongho Waterfront Ecological Park
Walk down to the deck road at Topjeongho Waterfront Ecological Park. Find a spot on the path or near the rest areas where you can face WSW to watch the sun dip below the horizon.

After the light fades, head to the Viewpoint cafe. It is open late and offers a comfortable place to sit, have a drink, and let the evening cool down.
Local tip
Ilsongjeong Cafe closes at 17:00, so arrive before then if you want to be there for the golden light. The Viewpoint cafe stays open until 21:30 on weekdays and weekends.
