Walk up the short trail to the viewing platform. The climb is gentle, taking about six minutes from the base. This is your prime spot to watch the sun dip toward the west.

Head down to Shinpungri Neighborhood Park. It is a quick twelve minute walk south. The park offers a quiet place to stretch your legs and enjoy the fading light before night fully sets in.

    Daemyeong Mountain

Return to the base of Daemyeong Mountain. By now the sky will have shifted to deep blues and purples. Use this time to check the route for dinner options in the nearby area as the park and mountain facilities close for the evening.

Local tip

The viewing platform is small. Arrive early to secure a good spot. After dark, the area is quiet, so plan your next move for dinner before you arrive.
