Queens Wharf Brewery gets very busy from Wednesday to Sunday evenings. If you want a relaxed atmosphere, aim for the golden light window before the crowds arrive. Sticky Rice is open late, so you can linger after sunset.
Check before you go
- Queens Wharf Brewery Bar is open 10:30-22:00 on Sunday to Thursday, and until 02:00 on Friday and Saturday. The Restaurant is open 11:30-21:00.
- The Lock Up Cultural Centre is open 10:00-16:00 on Wednesday and Thursday, and 10:00-17:00 on Friday to Sunday. Arriving 15 minutes before sunset means you will see the exterior and grounds in the best light, but the interior galleries will be closed after 17:00.
