Doris Leeper Spruce Creek Preserve (County)

Enter the preserve via the Martin Dairy dirt-road entrance. Use your phone’s satellite view to navigate the confusing trail signs and head straight for the sand cliffs.

  2. 10:45

Find a quiet spot on the 60 ft sand cliffs to rest and watch the slope gracefully into Spruce Creek. This is the main event of the visit.

  3. 11:30

Check the route to find a nearby spot for lunch or a snack. Since no specific food shops are listed in the area, locate a suitable place to eat on your own.

Local tip

The trail signs are confusing, so rely on a GPS satellite view to keep track of your location within the preserve.
