Start the trek at Riyam Park. Follow the ancient path through the rugged mountains, away from the city noise. The hike takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and ends near Mutrah Souq.

Walk down to Matrah Corniche. This beachside promenade is just an 8-minute walk from the trail’s end. Use this time to stretch your legs and enjoy the sea breeze after the hike.

Continue your walk along the Corniche back toward the city center. This final leg takes about 20 minutes and brings you back to the start point or nearby transport.
