Head to Mount Buller Summit. The sun sets toward the WSW, giving you incredible views across the area as the light fades.

Walk down to Koflers Hutte for dinner. Arrive and order early as it gets busy quickly. The view of the mountain is worth it, though it can be frigid outside.

Finish the night with a drink at Moosehead Whisky and Blues Bar. They serve whisky and snacks, and there is live music on Saturday nights.
Local tip
Tirol Cafe expects food waits of over 30 minutes unless you arrive early. Koflers Hutte gets busy fast, so order first.
