Check the route to Mallawa. The track is 74 km south-west of Moree via the Gwydir Highway. Turn left into Telleraga Road, then right into Mallawa Road, continuing past the school and through the intersections with Coombah Road and Clarendon Road. The racetrack is the next left.

Arrive at the Mallawa Amateur Picnic Races. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy while watching the amateur horse racing. The event is held in June, with racing starting at 1 PM. Bar facilities and live entertainment are available until 10 PM.

Stay for the evening entertainment. The bar and live entertainment continue until 10 PM, giving you time to relax after the racing. ATM facilities are available on the day if needed.
