Walk to Place Sun-Yat-Sen. Find a spot near the grey slate murals on the north or east side. The sun sets toward the WSW, so the square will be bathed in golden light just before it dips below the horizon.

Head to Foufounes Électriques for a post-sunset pint. The pub is open late and offers a lively atmosphere to wind down after the view.
Local tip
The square is small, so arrive a bit early to secure a good angle for the murals and the sunset view.
