Head down or stay for the golden light. The golden light period starts at 15:19, but for a morning plan, you can explore the zoo grounds as the light becomes bright and warm. Check the route back if you need to leave.
Local tip
The zoo is located west of the center. If you have a Miskolc Pass, admission is free.

- Opening hours: 09:00-18:00 from 6 Oct to 15 Mar. Since sunrise is at 07:22, you will arrive before opening. Ensure you can access the hilltop area or check if early entry is permitted for sunrise viewing.
- Check the route if you need transport back from the zoo.
