Walk to Leonardo's Horse in the courtyard of the San Siro race-track. The courtyard is open every day. Arrive here an hour before sunset to secure a good viewing angle as the sun moves toward the WNW.

Head to Just Cavalli inside Torre Branca in Sempione Park. It opens at 19:30, which is just before the sun sets at 21:09. Grab a drink or light snack to enjoy the final minutes of daylight.
Local tip
The sun sets toward the WNW in July, which aligns well with the view from the San Siro courtyard toward the city. Bar Bianco is cash only, so bring small notes.
