Pick up sushi or a poke bowl from Chop Chop Express. It is a fast-food spot where you order at a machine and pick up your food at the counter, so it is quick and easy before you head up the hill.

Walk up to Monumentparken. It is only a nine-minute walk from the food shop and serves as a nice intermediate stop on the way to the main viewing area.

Stand at the top of Sankt Hans backar. The sun sets toward the SW at this time of year. The hill is the highest point in Lund, offering an unobstructed view of the sky as the light fades.

End the evening at Lundagård. It is a thirty-three-minute walk south from the hill top, situated between the university buildings and the cathedral, providing a calm place to finish your walk.
Local tip
The walk from the food shop to the hill is short, but the climb to the top of Sankt Hans backar can be steep. Wear comfortable shoes. Monumentparken is a good resting point if you need a break before the final ascent.
