Walk 57 minutes to The Beach. Find a spot near the water’s edge. Lifeguards are on duty until 4 or 5PM, so the sand is open for you to claim.

Watch the sunset. The sun sets toward the WNW, offering a clear view over the water.

Head to The Chicken or the Egg. It is open 24 hours, so you can grab a late-night meal or just a coffee to go as the night settles in.
Local tip
The walk to The Beach is long (57 minutes). Start your pizza early so you have time to stroll and find a good seat before the light fades.
Check before you go
- Bay Village Pizza is open noon-11PM on weekdays and noon-midnight on weekends (Apr-Oct).
- The Beach lifeguards are on duty until 4 or 5PM. After that, the beach is still accessible but unsupervised.
