Timeline
14:50
Grab a pre-dinner drink at St John. This famous English restaurant and pioneer of 'nose-to-tail eating' is just a short walk from the church. Use this time to settle in before the evening rush.
15:35
Walk to St Bartholomew-the-Great. Arrive just before the sun dips below the horizon at 16:20. The Norman architecture is beautifully lit by the golden light starting around 15:23, creating a serene atmosphere for your photo.
16:50
Head to The Jugged Hare for dinner. This gastropub is modelled on a traditional countryside establishment with a hunting theme. The tables are old whisky barrels and the décor features stuffed animals, offering a distinctively atmospheric end to the evening.
17:50
Finish the night at Fabric. This massive club provides a more underground version of the local dance scene. It is open Thursday through Saturday, so check listings for the specific times on your chosen evening.
