    London Mithraeum

Stand in the temple as the sun sets toward the SW at 16:20. The low winter sun will shine through the open roof, illuminating the ancient stones and the bull sculpture in a rare moment of alignment.

    The Ship

Walk to The Ship, a Nicolson's pub just 8 minutes away. Rebuilded after the Great Fire, it is the perfect place to warm up with a drink and reflect on the Roman history you just witnessed.
