Timeline

  1. 15:05

    Motcombs

Start with a coffee and a pastry at Motcombs. It is just an 8-minute walk from the studios and opens at 08:30, so it will be ready for you well before the evening rush.

  2. 15:50

    Abbey Road Studios

Walk the 3 minutes to Abbey Road Studios. The zebra crossing is right in front. This is the moment to arrive before the golden light hits its peak. Be aware that online tours sold by individuals are scams; there are no official tours.

  3. 17:05

    Soutine

End your evening with a French dinner at Soutine. It is an 11-minute walk from the studios and stays open until 22:00 on weekdays, giving you plenty of time to relax after the walk.

Local tip

The crossing is a living landmark. Stand back from the curb to let traffic pass, but stay on the pavement for safety. The best photos come from the sidewalk opposite the studio entrance when the sun is low in the west.
