Reach Cherskov's Rock for sunset. At 21:13 on July 15th, the sun sets toward the NW, casting golden light over the lake from this 270 m vantage point. Note that this spot is easily accessible and often crowded in summer, so arrive with enough time to secure a good spot.

End the evening with a stroll through Дендрарий. It is a 17-minute walk from the anchor in the SSW direction, offering a calm, green contrast to the exposed rock after the sunset view.
Local tip
If you do not have a car, you can walk 2.2 km from the Baikal museum to reach the same ski resort area that leads to the rock. Alternatively, take the chairlift up for 400 ₽.
