Walk through Mockauer Platz. It is a calm, green square in the center of the neighborhood, perfect for a quiet start before the day gets busy.

Pick up a fresh pastry or bread roll at Bäckerei Hantschke. It is just a short walk from the square. Check that you arrive before 17:00 on weekdays or 11:00 on Saturdays, as these are their closing times for lunch service.

Head to Abtnaundorfer Park to find a bench and enjoy your snack. The park offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of space to sit and watch the neighborhood wake up.
Local tip
The area is best enjoyed on foot. Use Tram 16 to reach the Exhibition centre if you wish to continue your journey there after your walk.
Check before you go
- Bäckerei Hantschke closes early on Saturdays (11:00) and Sundays (10:30). Plan your visit accordingly.
- Gartenlokal Paradies is open on weekends until 14:00 if you prefer a seated drink after your walk.
