    Head back to the Stratosphere Tower. Take the elevator to the top observation deck. The outdoor deck offers the best unobstructed 360-degree view as the sun dips toward the WSW.

    Walk five minutes southwest to Bourbon Street Bar and Grill. It is open 24/7, making it a reliable spot to unwind after the climb.
