Head to the Neon Museum. Arrive just before golden light hits the lot. The giant horseshoe made of gold-colored light bulbs looks striking in the fading afternoon sun.

Walk to Oscar's Steakhouse for dinner. The lounge opens at 4PM and the restaurant at 5PM, so you can grab a seat right as the evening sets in.

Stroll over to Container Park. It is an open-air shopping center with boutique shops and live entertainment. Be sure to look up and see the giant fire-breathing mantis at night.
Local tip
The Neon Museum is open only by tour or special event, so check the route and booking requirements in advance. Oscar's Steakhouse is inside the Plaza Hotel and Casino.
