Stay for the night. The park offers cottages, a dorm, and camping spots (RM5). Staying overnight allows you to experience the rainforest after dark, a completely different atmosphere.

Local tip

Rafflesia blooms are unpredictable and last only a few days. Always check with the park office upon arrival to avoid disappointment. If you are not seeing the flower, the orchids and the world's tallest flower are still worth the hike.
