Walk to the Dharmanath Desar Jain Mandir. Arrive just before the afternoon rush to see the pigeons being fed, a ritual that happens around noon but the courtyard remains a peaceful refuge.

Head to Fort Kochi Beach. The sun is setting toward the WSW, casting a warm glow over the water. This is the moment to pause and watch the light fade over the historical shoreline.
18:17
End the evening at Chez Teapot. It is a nice cafe with a variety of teapots and good desserts, a calm place to sit after the beach breeze.
Local tip
The walk from the temple to the beach takes about 28 minutes. If you prefer a shorter stroll, you can start directly at the beach and head back to the temple area for dinner, but the light will be gone by then.
