Best time: noneAbout 180 min

Timeline

  1. 13:00

    Revolving Restaurant

Head to the Revolving Restaurant on the rooftop. It is the only restaurant of its kind in the country. The revolving floor offers stunning views of the Karachi skyline and landmarks like Mazar-e-Quaid. Arriving early in the afternoon ensures you get a quiet table and clear views before the evening rush.

  2. 14:30

    Cinnamon Lounge

Walk ten minutes from the anchor to Cinnamon Lounge. This casual cafe inside a hotel is open 24/7. Order some desserts, snacks, or good coffee to recharge. The 24/7 hours mean you do not need to worry about closing times.

  3. 15:30

    Frere Hall

Take a twenty-nine minute walk southwest to Frere Hall. This is a well-preserved building built in 1865 in the Venetian Gothic style. The structure is made of yellowish Karachi limestone and red brick. It is a beautiful spot to appreciate the history of the British Raj era.

Local tip

The Revolving Restaurant is unique in Pakistan. If you want the best light for photos, aim for the afternoon when the sun is high enough to illuminate the skyline clearly.
