Head to Austin Heights Water and Adventure Park. The walk from The Alley takes about fifteen minutes. Find a quiet corner in the park or near the water park perimeter to set up your view. The sun sets toward the WSW, so position yourself to face that direction.

Austin Heights Water and Adventure Park
Watch the sunset. At 19:15, the sun dips below the horizon, painting the sky in golden light. Stay for the transition as the bright orange fades into the deep blue of twilight.

Walk to Project X for a nightcap. This beer bar is a six-minute walk from the park. It is a perfect spot to unwind after the sunset and enjoy the evening air.
Local tip
The walk from The Alley to the park is short, but the park is large. Find a spot with a clear view of the WSW horizon before the sun sets. Project X is open until midnight, so you have plenty of time to linger.
