Timeline
09:00
Arrive at the Amazon Rescue Center right when it opens at 09:00. This is the best time to see the animals, such as orphaned manatees and ocelots, before the midday heat and crowds arrive. The staff are enthusiastic and the educational programs offer a deep look into conservation efforts in the Peruvian Amazon.
10:00
