Grab a coffee or tea at Novel Art Cafe. It is a short walk from the main arboretum entrance and opens at 10:30, so it will be ready for you an hour before sunset.

Walk into the Ijevan Arboretum. The gardens are open until 18:00, giving you plenty of time to find a quiet bench or path. Head toward the western edge of the grounds to set up your view.

Watch the sunset. The sun sets toward the WSW at 17:55, casting golden light over the arboretum’s diverse plant collection. Stay for the transition from golden hour to twilight.

End your evening with a stroll through the Ijevan Sculpture Garden. It is located just north-northeast of the main arboretum area, offering a peaceful, artistic close to the day.
Local tip
The arboretum closes at 18:00, so ensure you are inside the gates well before then. Novel Art Cafe closes at 20:30, so you have time to return for a second round if you wish.
