Stop at the Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre. It is open until 7PM, so you have time to buy a coffee or a snack to enjoy while the sun goes down. The centre is located right by the water.

Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre
Find a spot on the lake edge. The sun sets toward the WSW, casting a warm glow over the water. This is the perfect moment to sit, relax, and watch the light fade.

Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre
Stay a while longer as the sky changes colour. The area remains open until 7PM, so you can linger in the twilight before heading back.
Local tip
The lake is in Penny's Bay. If you are coming from Disneyland Resort MTR station, it is a 15-minute walk or you can take the R8 bus. Check the route if you are unsure.

- Sunset times vary by season: 18:00 in January, 18:43 in April, 19:11 in July, and 17:59 in October.
