Head just one minute away to Parc. The sand and salt bunker designed by Dudok frames the view of the Oude Haven. Order a coffee or breakfast to enjoy while the morning light hits the terrace.

Stay at Parc for a while longer. The striking design and outdoor terrace offer a calm place to digest the morning air before the rest of Hilversum fully wakes up.
Local tip
The sunrise in January is early, but the golden light starts around 15:57, so you will have plenty of time after the main event to relax. Parc is open from 11:00, so ensure you arrive after that if you plan to sit inside or on the terrace for service.
Check before you go
- Parc is open daily from 11:00 to 00:00 between 1 April and 31 October. In winter (1 Nov-31 Mar), it is open Tue-Sun from 11:00. Check if your visit day falls within the open days for the season.
