Timeline

    Thai & China

Start with a warm meal at Thai & China. The restaurant opens at 12:00 on weekends, making it the perfect first stop for a leisurely lunch. The interior is simple and the food is reliable.

  2. 12:45

    Kasinonranta Beach, Lauttasaari

Walk ten minutes to Kasinonranta Beach. The summer café is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 19:00. Grab a coffee or a drink and sit on the terrace. The playground and park area offer a pleasant space to stretch your legs and watch the water.

  3. 13:30

    Bar '52

End the outing at Bar '52, a short seven-minute walk from the beach. It is a local pub that stays open late. If you want to continue the evening, you can stay for a drink. If you prefer to head home, the bus terminus nearby provides easy connections back to the city center.

Local tip

The Kasinonranta café is only open M-F 15:00-19:00 in summer, so if you visit on a weekday afternoon, you may need to bring your own snacks or visit the beach without a café stop. On weekends, the café is open all day.
