Timeline
16:05
Grab a sweet treat and a coffee to go. HavanaSweet is a short walk from the Fábrica and opens early, giving you plenty of time to head out before the crowd arrives.
17:05
Arrive at the Fábrica de Arte Cubano. Wander the gallery spaces and find a spot on the terrace or near the windows facing west. The building’s history as a cooking oil factory gives the industrial-chic space a unique texture as the light shifts.
18:05
Watch the sun set toward the WSW. The golden light fades quickly, but the moment is perfect for a photo or just soaking in the atmosphere before the club scene fully kicks in.
18:50
Stay for dinner at El Bodegon del Asado. It is a steak house just a short walk from the Fábrica. Open until midnight, it is a reliable spot to settle in for a proper meal as the night deepens.
Local tip
The Fábrica opens at 18:00 on most days. If you are visiting on a Friday or Saturday, it stays open until 03:00, but the gallery and terrace are best enjoyed in the early evening. El Bodegon del Asado is open daily from 12:00 to 00:00.
