Walk through Hatyai City Municipality Park. It is a major recreational centre with beautiful flowering plants and pavilions, just a short walk from the cable car station.

Take the Hat Yai Cable Car up. A one-way ride takes only a few minutes. You can choose a round trip or just go up.

Have lunch at Bon Khao Restaurant. It is located near the landmark and offers good Thai food with a great view looking onto Hat Yai.

Take the cable car back down. If you have time, check the tram service to Hat Yai Ice Dome, which runs between 10:00 and 17:00.
Local tip
The park is 6 km from the city centre. The cable car operates from 09:00 to 20:00 daily. Bon Khao Restaurant is open from 10:30 to 22:00, so it is open for your afternoon visit.
