Timeline
15:07
Pick up a snack at the Markthalle food court. The variety of stalls means you can grab something quick and move on.
16:07
Walk to the New City Hall. Enter the building and take the sloped elevator to the dome. This is the spot to wait for the golden light to hit the architecture and the city below.
17:07
End the evening with a hot chocolate at the Holländische Kakao-Stube. It is the best place in town for it, and the famous Sacher Chocolate Cake pairs perfectly with the view from the dome you just saw.
