Walk five minutes to Lenin Statue & Park. This is your spot. The park faces the general direction of the setting sun. As the golden light begins around 17:02, the open space offers a clear view of the sky to the west. It is a lively place with locals doing aerobics or relaxing, providing a grounded, local feel to the sunset.

Head to Tầm Vị for dinner. Located just five minutes from the museum anchor, this restaurant serves traditional Northern cuisine in a well-preserved heritage villa. The timing allows you to enjoy a meal after the light fades, with the restaurant open until 21:00.
Local tip
The sun sets toward the W on 15 October. Lenin Statue & Park is ENE of the Fine Arts Museum, so you will be looking back towards the west/southwest as you leave the museum area, giving you a good angle on the sunset from the park.
