Walk back toward the Discovery Centre to stretch your legs. The science centre is open until 17:00, so you can pop in to see the hands-on exhibits or just use the lobby as a warm-up spot before the walk.

    Pier 21

Walk southeast for nine minutes to Pier 21. This historic immigration museum sits right on the waterfront. As the golden light begins at 16:13, the harbour and the old building will be bathed in a warm glow.
