Dedicated to the founder of the Republic of China and local hero Dr. Sun Yat-Sen. It was constructed in 1931 and built on the original site of Sun Yat-sen's presidential office on Yuexiu Hill.

越秀公园 Yuèxiù Gōngyuán
The largest urban park in China and is a lush green area that flows over acres of hills and includes several lakes. It includes the Ming Dynasty Zhenhai Tower (镇海楼) zhènhǎilóu, now home to the Guangzhou Museum with relics on five floors dating back 5,000 years ago and an up-to-date miniature of modern Guangzhou. ¥10. 09:00 - 11:30, 13:00 - 17:00. Is a great place to relax and enjoy a day among lush, rolling hills. It also offers great views over the city. The road to the top in most of the daytime is restricted to park trams and pedestrians. To get to the top lookout point, you can use the main roads or trails. There are many places to rest and refreshments are available along the way. It is a great place to see people enjoying nature and playing games, such as shuttlecock, badminton, football and even bungee jumping. There are many bus routes to and from different parts of the city, as well as taxis usually available near the park gate.

Ancestral Hall of Dr. Chen Mingxian of the Song Dynasty
宋名贤陈大夫宗祠
It was built during the Ming Jiajing period, rebuilt during the Qingdao Light Year, and rebuilt in 1927. The name of the temple is to commemorate the name of Dr. Chen Ziqiang. The locals call it the Siddhartha Hall. Covering an area of about 795 square meters, sitting north to south, the middle hall hung "Shide Hall" and the Qing court gave Chen Zizhang "loyal Jane" plaque. There is a statue of Chen Zizhang in the middle of the back hall. Behind the wall on the left is a monument to Song Mingxian Chen's ancestral shrine. On the right side of the garden is the garden of Eden, which is the garden of Eden. Later people called Chen Zizhuang and Shunde Chen Bangyan and Dongguan Zhang Jiayu "three loyalties of Lingnan at the end of the Ming Dynasty." Guangzhou Cultural Heritage Protection Unit.

Ancient City Wall
Built in 1380, the city wall used to surround the entire city. But in the early 20th century it was torn down for redevelopment, except for a 1-km long section in Yuexiu Park. The wall reaches up to 10-m high. In some parts, there are trees growing from the top of the wall with their roots spreading picturesquely down the wall.

白水寨
A high waterfall. This is a pleasant spot to visit set in pleasant surroundings not far from the city. The waterfall is no giant but is claimed to be the highest in mainland China: it is best appreciated from a short distance away. If you enter the park, entrance about ¥70, the entire pathway to the mountain summit above the waterfall has been developed. In the lower reaches it is a plankway, some on swinging chains, often crossing the cascade. After that, it is what appear to be granite steps. The park claims there are 9999 steps. For the less strong there is a bus service for ¥20. If you are walking you should allow maybe 5 hours for the return trip from the entrance. There are unnumbered buses from Zengcheng to the park and the trip takes a little over an hour.

A park-cum-recreation square located in the north part the city and near the government office buildings of Huadu District (花都区). The square incorporates, among other attractions, an outdoor theater, large fountain, outdoor dance area and statues. There is a large grass area that is similar to a Western style meadow and a subtropical forest and ornamental flower beds.

Club has dozens of tables on the floor for groups to drink and play local dice games. The DJ booth overlooks the floor and between it and the massive windows runs a strip that can rise up for live performances and for models to runway walk. There's a dance floor that's maybe 25 m² where locals and expats dance. DJs come from all over the world and play their own mix of house occasionally punctuated with hip-hop.

Established in 1921, it is the first public park in the city, built on the site that had been the location of successive regional governments since the Sui dynasty (581–618 AD). Due to its central location, it is colloquially called Central Park (中央公园).
