Walk to Kugel und Spur. The silver sphere and red brick track sit on the pavement. Find a spot where you can see the sculpture clearly with the sky behind it. The sun sets toward the SW, so the light will hit the silver sphere from the side or behind as it dips.

Head to Hemingway for a drink. It is a twelve-minute walk from the sculpture and opens at 18:00. You will arrive just as the golden hour fades into evening light, perfect for unwinding after the walk.
Local tip
The walk from Queen to Kugel und Spur is short, but the area can be busy with students. Take your time to find a quiet angle for the photo before the light changes.
