Walk up to Ramberget. The path through Keillers Park is well used. Find a clear spot on the summit facing southwest. The sun sets toward the SW, so this is where the golden light will hit the city skyline.

Walk down to Bältespännarparken. It is a short stroll from the summit. This park section is located directly across from the Stora Teatern and offers a quiet place to decompress after the view.
