Head to the ACROS rooftop garden. It opens at 09:00, so you will be among the first to climb the 809 steps. The terraced garden offers a peaceful, green escape high above the city streets.

Walk to Morris' Black Sheep British Pub for a late lunch or an early drink. The pub opens at 17:00, but for a daytime plan, you can enjoy their lunch menu or simply browse the area. If you prefer a sit-down meal earlier, Umeyama tetpei shokudo (11:30–21:00) is a nearby option for affordable Japanese home-cooked meals.
Local tip
The ACROS rooftop garden closes at 17:00 from November to February and 18:00 from March to October. Plan your climb to leave enough time to enjoy the views before closing.
