Walk to Lumley Beach to find a spot facing the Atlantic. The beach is popular for running and football, so you might want to move slightly away from the main crowds to get a clear view of the horizon.

Watch the sun set toward the WSW. The golden light starts about 30 minutes before sunset, so you have plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the view.

Head back to the golf club area. Chapter One is an impressive entertainment complex opposite the golf club, housing a restaurant, nightclub, and bar. It is a great spot for dinner and a drink after dark.

If you have a sweet tooth, stop by Gigibonta for Italian style cakes and ice cream. It is a nice café with free wifi, though prices are on the higher side.
Local tip
Lumley Beach is also a rubbish dump, so be prepared for some litter near the water's edge. The view of the sunset is still worth it, but keep your expectations realistic about the cleanliness of the sand.
