Find a comfortable spot on the sand facing west. The beach offers an unobstructed view of the sun setting toward the WSW.

Stay on the beach as the golden light fades into twilight. The atmosphere shifts from bright and busy to calm and reflective. Since there are no restaurants directly on Kent Beach, this is a good time to head inland for dinner.
Local tip
Kent Beach is a historical site as well as a recreational one. Take time to look for the 'slavery administration office' remains mentioned in the local history. There are no food or drink facilities at the beach itself, so plan to eat elsewhere after your visit.
