Lugnets Restaurang & Café i Falun
Grab a coffee and a pastry at the café near the ski jumps. It is open until 16:00 so you have plenty of time before the sun goes down.

Walk up to the ski jumping hills. The National Ski Stadium is visible from far away and offers a nice view of town. The hills area provides a café and a hint on just how insane you need to be to become a ski jumper.
15:23
Watch the sun set toward the SW. The ski jumping hills have become a symbol of Falun and offer a great vantage point for the golden light and final descent of the sun.

Head to Pizza Mia for a late dinner. It is open until 21:30 on weekdays and weekends, making it a perfect spot to end the evening after the cold air.
