    Café Mengin

    Pick up a cake and a coffee at Café Mengin. The pastries are excellent and it is a perfect way to start the evening without rushing.

    Wöhrmühlinsel

    Walk to the Wöhrmühlinsel. From the main train station head west (towards the parking lot) then cross under the highway and the island will be right in front of you. Find a spot on the edge facing WSW.

    Wöhrmühlinsel

    Watch the sunset. The sun sets toward the WSW around 16:43, casting a golden glow over the Regnitz river and the redesigned event space.

  4. 17:28

    Sax

    End the evening with a beer at Sax. It is open late and offers a relaxed atmosphere to unwind after the view.

Local tip

Café Mengin closes at 18:30 on weekdays and weekends, so arrive early enough to enjoy your cake before they close. Sax stays open until 01:00 on weekdays and 02:00 on weekends.
