    Hocken Collections

Arrive at Hocken Collections as it opens. The library and gallery are quietest in the morning, giving you space to browse the national collection of New Zealand and Pacific history.

    University Book Shop

Walk across the road to University Book Shop. Pick up a book on local history or a postcard to remember the visit. The shop is open from 09:00 on weekdays and 10:00 on weekends, so you will find it ready.

  3. 10:45

    Good Oil

Head to Good Oil for a coffee and a snack from their fresh daily cabinet. If it is a Friday, stay for their evening acoustic music starting at 6 PM, but for now, enjoy the premium ALLPRESS espresso and relaxed atmosphere.
