Grab a coffee and a pastry at Groundstate. It is just a three-minute walk from the Storehouse entrance, making it easy to kill time before the crowds arrive. The café is open until 15:30 on weekdays and weekends, so you have exactly enough time to settle in.

Enter the Guinness Storehouse. You have forty-five minutes to explore the exhibits and climb the seven floors. The atrium is vast and the views are best when the light is soft. Remember that your entry ticket includes a pint at the Gravity Bar on the seventh floor, but save that for the end of your visit.
15:34
Head to the Gravity Bar terrace. The sun is setting toward the southwest, casting a golden glow over the city and the river. This is the moment to enjoy the pint included in your ticket and take in the view of the brewery and the city skyline as the light fades.
16:04
Walk thirteen minutes to Ned O'Shea's. This pub offers decent food and live music, providing a lively end to the afternoon. It is open until 23:30 on weekdays and 00:00 on weekends, so you can stay as long as you like.
Local tip
The Storehouse can get very crowded in the late afternoon. Arriving an hour before golden light helps you avoid the queues and gives you time to explore the exhibits without rushing.
